Anna-Kay Thomas is a Los Angeles-based creative executive with over a decade of experience spanning media, entertainment, and corporate communications.

At Love Productions (“The Great British Bake-Off”), her work included developing and producing unscripted formats and talent-driven series for major platforms such as Amazon, NBCUniversal, and Warner Bros. Discovery. In addition to adapting successful global formats for US audiences, she created original concepts across genres like reality, social experiment, competition, and sports. Her work is marked by inclusive leadership, collaboration with top-tier talent and executives, and ability to translate creative vision into commercially successful content. Recent projects include “The Great American Baking Show” (ROKU) and “Ladies Who List: Atlanta” (OWN).

Known for collaborating across cross-functional teams and executing end-to-end production, Anna-Kay has also built a strong foundation in strategic communication from her early career in private wealth management. After studying Neuroscience at Dartmouth College, Anna-Kay joined Nucleus Advisors as Communications Director, where she led marketing and communications strategy for the $2B AUM private wealth advisory firm. Her role expanded to advising teams across HighTower Advisors’ $130B AUM national network, and overseeing a multi-billion-dollar prospective client pipeline, including entertainment and sports divisions.

In 2014, Anna-Kay won a national competition with VH1 to host with Nick Lachey, launching her career as a reporter and host in New York City. She went on to host, produce, and write content for brands like The Hollywood Reporter, Billboard and BuzzFeed.

Anna-Kay moved to Los Angeles to help launch “STEVE,” Steve Harvey’s Emmy-nominated talk show, where she began as an assistant and on-camera talent and was later promoted to Associate Producer. Later, she developed, produced, and directed high-impact, celebrity-driven content for Tinder as well as Condé Nast’s iconic brand suite including Vogue, GQ, and Vanity Fair. Anna-Kay has also contributed to HuffPost, sharing insights on professional development and authenticity, and has written for Penguin Random House’s young-adult and millennial division.

Anna-Kay is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
