Anna-Kay Thomas is a Creative Executive and Producer with over a decade of experience shaping stories across unscripted television, digital media, branded content, and corporate communications.

Anna-Kay has developed, produced, and directed formats and talent-driven series for NBCUniversal, Warner Bros. Discovery, ROKU, Amazon, and iconic Condé Nast brands including Vogue, GQ, and Vanity Fair. At Love Productions (The Great British Bake-Off), Anna-Kay adapted international formats for U.S. audiences and created original concepts across reality, competition, sports, and social experiment genres. Recent projects include The Great American Baking Show (ROKU) and Ladies Who List: Atlanta (OWN). She has also contributed to HuffPost and written for Penguin Random House’s young-adult and millennial division.

Anna-Kay began her career in New York in private wealth management as Communications Director at Nucleus Advisors, a $2B AUM firm, before advising executives across HighTower Advisors’ $130B network. She oversaw multi-billion-dollar prospective client pipelines, including entertainment and sports divisions, while leading marketing and communications strategy at a senior level. A national VH1 hosting competition then opened the door to media, leading to on-camera and editorial work with Billboard, The Hollywood Reporter, and BuzzFeed. Anna-Kay moved to Los Angeles to help launch STEVE, Steve Harvey’s Emmy®-nominated daytime talk show, advancing from Executive Assistant to Associate Producer in one year.

Growing up as the only child of a hardworking single mother, Anna-Kay learned the value of perseverance early on—lessons that helped her become a first-generation Ivy League graduate and build her career in competitive industries like finance and entertainment. Known for collaborating across cross-functional teams and executing end-to-end production, Anna-Kay is currently pursuing her Executive MBA at the UCLA Anderson School of Management to further enhance her ability to lead, scale franchises, and deliver commercially successful content that resonates with diverse audiences.
